01 ABOUT COMPANY

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. ( hereinafter as “Apollo“ or “The Company” or “Company”) was incorporated in 1979 and founded by Dr. Prathap C Reddy. The company is the India’s first corporate hospital.

The company operates under three segments such as:

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited (AHEL) is in hospital segment which provides tertiary and quaternary care, offers cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, transplants and robotic surgery.
Apollo HealthCo Limited (AHL) is in pharmacy segment which offers omnichannel pharmacy distribution and digital health solutions through Apollo 24/7.
Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) is in diagnostic segment which offers everyday healthcare such as stay facilities, boutique birthing centres, multi-speciality clinics, diagnostic centres, dental and dialysis facilities, fertility services and preventive care.
