ABOUT COMPANY
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. ( hereinafter as “Apollo“ or “The Company” or “Company”) was incorporated in 1979 and founded by Dr. Prathap C Reddy. The company is the India’s first corporate hospital.
The company operates under three segments such as:
- Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited (AHEL) is in hospital segment which provides tertiary and quaternary care, offers cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, transplants and robotic surgery.
- Apollo HealthCo Limited (AHL) is in pharmacy segment which offers omnichannel pharmacy distribution and digital health solutions through Apollo 24/7.
- Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) is in diagnostic segment which offers everyday healthcare such as stay facilities, boutique birthing centres, multi-speciality clinics, diagnostic centres, dental and dialysis facilities, fertility services and preventive care.
